1. Services Provided
LTS Fabrications provides welding and fabrication services, including but not limited to: structural steelwork, mobile welding, custom fabrication, and repair work. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes provided are free and non-binding until confirmed in writing.Prices are subject to change based on materials, project scope, or site conditions.Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

3. Booking & Cancellation
To book a service, confirmation must be made via email, phone, or written agreement. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any call-out or material charges.Short-notice cancellations may incur costs already committed (labour, materials, etc.).

4. Payments
Payment terms will be stated in your quote or invoice (typically due on completion or within 7/14 days).However if a 50% deposit is requested this is payable before the job is due and 50% will be due once the job is completed. Late payments may incur interest and/or administrative fees in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.We accept [ bank transfer, BACS and Cash Payments].

5. Liability
We take great care in our work, but LTS Fabrications is not liable for:Indirect or consequential losses, Delays caused by external factors (e.g., material shortages or weather) Damage to existing structures unless due to proven negligence. Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and accessible working conditions on site.

6. Website Use
Content on this website (images, text, logos) is owned by LTS Fabrications and may not be copied or reused without permission.The website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or accuracy.
